This porridge is ideal to start your morning with. It is vegan, gluten free and grain free so is suitable for low FODMAP diet and for SIBO dietotherapy. In the recipe I used walnuts instead of almond, because walnuts contain less amount of oligos than almonds. Shredded coconut in doses higher than 1/2 cup contain more polyols,so be careful with it while following the low FODMAP diet.
-1/2 cup (120 ml) of water or plant milk ( I used home-made almond milk)
-2 tabčlespoons hemp hearts
-2 tablespoons grinded walnuts
-1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
-1 tablespoon of grinded flax seeds
-stevia or minimal amount of maple syrup
-2 tablespoons of bluberries
-mix all ingredients and cook over low-medium heat . Add blueberries.
